What is Home Delivery?

 

Home delivery service is just that - a mobile library.

 

 

Who qualifies for Home Delivery?

 

Any person residing within the township of Bloomfield who is unable to come to the library because of limited mobility, illness, or handicap may request home bound delivery. Homebound status may be permanent or temporary.

 

How do I apply?

 

Fill out the form below and either email it back to us, or drop it off at the front desk. We ask that patrons sign the form - giving consent to record a reading history. This information WILL NOT be shared, sold, or duplicated, and is only recorded to avoid duplicating book deliveries.
